I placed a phone order for a very "hot" Panasonic digital camera, generally hard to find and frequently sold at "list price". The saleperson was extremely helpful and courteous and did not make any attempt to pad the order with extras. Not only was the price the best price from a legitimate seller, but the camera was delivered to my door by FedEx ground 44 hours after I hung up the phone.
